Customer satisfaction is a top priority at BeachandSwim, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and your experience while shopping at BeachandSwim.

We strive to ensure every customer is provided a quality product and quality customer service leading to a quality experience. If you encounter a problem with the products you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will gladly replace items you are not happy with or offer you a full refund less the shipping cost. Some of our products are offered with free shipping where the shipping costs were included in the original product sales cost. Upon return of the product, we will deduct the shipping costs of the item returned from the amount of credit. We will not accept returns after 60 days from date of purchase. For all returns you must provide the packing slip to assist us with your exchange or credit. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit, and BeachandSwim reserves the right to refuse a refund or replacement if the merchandise appears to be used in any way.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the product within 60 days of reciept as long as the product is returned in new and unused condition inside its original packaging. If you are returning a product that was originally purchased with a gift certificate, you will receive an in-store credit as your refund.
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Do not dispose of the box or any packaging materials until you have inspected your order and are satisfied with the product you have recieved. If you are returning an item that was damaged in shipping, please notifiy us immediately so we can replace the item and notify the carrier.
